Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 days. Orders are processed on Saturdays. No orders processed on Sundays. During peak times of high volume orders may take two full days to process. Warehouse located in Texas.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout or have a flat fee that will be visible on the checkout screen.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Tracking numbers will be uploaded as soon as the label is created when available.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Rob’s Fun Center is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Rob’s Fun Center is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
